Shh, breathe, it's okay

Gasp okay! Seriously, Luke is an epic talent we were very lucky to find. A patient man, a bicyclist once rode right over our freshly smoothed driveway, leaving a fish-tail skidmark across it all, and instead of grumbling about it, Luke laughed and said, "People are fools for fresh concrete." as he set again to the task of smoothing it out. Indeed he was right, our driveway was marred with many would be graffiti artists and Luke calmly and patiently fixed every problem we encountered. The result was perfect, exactly what we wanted, and it met every specification the City had.

Luke Carlson did amazing work for us

Not only did he put in our parking lot, he also put in our bollards, rain gardens, ADA ramp, and driveway additions, all to City of Vancouver specifications and all done right the first time. Luke went the extra-mile for us, he gave us great value for our money and he didn't stop when his own job was done. He took the time to give us good advice, he helped us enormously in getting our fence-line right, he did our lot painting-striping for us, and he's one of the most pleasant people we've ever hung out with.
